Retail Report, dispatches straight from our store teams: This week we saw a lot of gifting, celebrating, hat-wearing, summer-trip shopping, and per usual, hands-free Grande Fanny-ing. Hayes said CIAO to the last of their trucker hats, scooped up for bachelorette goodie bags. J from Montecito walked away with a Grande Fanny in Natural Woven Checker for her friend–and the Cream Woven Checker for herself. (Matching moments incoming.) M came in with his wife’s friend as back-up to pick out a birthday gift. They landed on a Grande Fanny in Army Rattan (a new team fave), plus a Black & Cream Stripe Crossbody strap and Thick Brass Chain crossbody strap–3 bags in 1 alert. In DC, the Oversized Sweatshirts stole the spotlight in a series of fitting room fashion shows–their softness and slouchy fit being the key winning points. Our C’EST GAY collab with Leisha Hailey flew off the shelves just days after landing—we’re loving seeing it out in the wild for Pride celebrations! The Grande Fanny in Natural Woven Checker was the overall winner of the week–a bonafide classic. Jewelry had a moment with S, who stopped in (mid-run) to pick up pieces for her Northwestern Graduation–happy grad! We also helped pick out various teacher appreciation gifts (they deserve it!) The L’Été Tote and Pot de Miel were winners for summer travel plans. And finally, a big week for husbands and boyfriends shopping for their wives and girlfriends—the Petit Moyen was a clear favorite. Shoutout to M, who earned the title of earliest holiday shopper after picking up three Sissys with Knotted Shoulder Straps for his three sisters-in-law (so cute, and very fitting!)
