What is Culture Shifters? If you are familiar with X Games, you know @selema and @zebpowelll. Culture Shifters was born out of a partnership between these two titans of snowboarding, and @burton. The best way to describe it, is through the words of the one and only, Selema Masekela. Culture Shifters is intended to “create a landscape where black, indigenous, people of color, and queer people can sit in reflection and feel safe and bathe in joy unbothered in the mountain”. The only way to truly grasp the pure power and meaning of this event, is in person. But if you couldn’t make it, hopefully you can get an idea through the social space that has been flooded with the unparalleled energy that we were lucky enough to witness first hand. #BurtonCultureShifters
