BURST was created out of the idea that we could make real, meaningful, consistent opportunities—for dental professionals, especially hygienists. What I didn’t anticipate was just how powerful this community would become. Over the years, thousands of women have joined us, not only transforming their patients' smiles but also creating new streams of income, building financial independence, and proving that expertise deserves to be valued on wider scale. Seeing so many hygienists take charge of their futures has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I’m deeply committed to supporting other women-led brands—both here in the U.S. and in Ireland.
