As many of you may have seen on my post yesterday on my art channel (@ashleybravin), I had a lovely outing painting at Cedars of Lebanon State Park with Rico and my partner as a part of a partnership with the Tennessee State Parks Program, but the hiking and the sun wound have been a tremendous strain on my system had it not been for the help of @buoy Hydration Drops. These drops really do the trick when I’m out like this and need electrolytes fast, and they make me feel immediately hydrated, and can mix into practically any beverage (not just water).
