🍌🍂 Pumpkin Spice Banana Bread 🍂🍌 🍞 Bread 2 ripe bananas ¼ cup pumpkin puree 2 eggs ¼ cup maple syrup or maple syrup substitute ¼ avocado oil 1 scoop Bulletproof Pumpkin Spice Creamer ⅓ cup coconut flour 2 tsp pumpkin spice 1 scoop Bulletproof Unflavored Collagen Peptides 🎃 Pumpkin Spice Drizzle 1 tsbp milk of choice 1 tsp Bulletproof Pumpkin Spice Creamer ⅔ cup powdered sugar ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 8x4 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Mash bananas in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, avocado oil and mix until combined. Add in Pumpkin Spice Creamer, coconut flour, pumpkin spice and Unflavored Collagen to the bowl. Whisk until batter is well combined. Pour batter into lined baking pan and bake in oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool for a few minutes in pan, then transfer to wire cooling rack. While bread is cooling, combine all pumpkin spice drizzle ingredients and whisk until smooth. Once bread has reached room temperature, drizzle over the top. Enjoy!
