Dirty Martini Mignonette: • 12 Island Creek Oysters • 1 small shallot, finely minced (about 2 tablespoons) • 2-3 queen olives (or your favorite green olive), finely chopped • 1/4 cup Brightland Parasol Champagne Vinegar  • 1 tablespoon olive brine   • 1 tablespoon dry vermouth • 1 tablespoon vodka • 1 tablespoon Brightland Everyday Salad Oil • Salt & pepper, to taste Add all ingredients to a jar and shake to emulsify.
