HOLIDAY TRI TIP 🥩🔥🎄 You just unboxed your Breeo, now what’s a simple recipe to make over the fire? Nothing beats steak and potatoes. INGREDIENTS: - 1 Tri Tip Steak - 3 russet potatoes - 1 pack of baby Bella mushrooms - 3 Tbsp of Steak Seasoning - 2 sticks of salted butter - 1 cup of dry white wine - 1 Tbsp of olive oil - 1 cup of heavy cream - 1 bunch of rosemary and thyme - 2 cloves of garlic - parsley for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Start your fire at least 30 minutes before cooking. 2. In the meantime, season your tri tip steak with your firemaster seasoning on all sides 3. Place the steak on your outpost grill at about medium heat, cook steak for about an hour and flip every 15 minutes. 4. While the steak is cooking, wrap your potatoes in foil with some olive oil and salt & pepper. Place in fire pit towards the edge, away from the fire. 5. In a saucepan, melt butter, rosemary, and thyme with a couple cloves of smashed garlic. Base your steak as it cooks over the fire. 6. In a cast iron skillet, place your de-stemmed mushrooms in the pan with 1/2 stick butter, salt and pepper. 7. Cook mushrooms for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently until mushrooms are cooked. Deglaze with white wine at the end and cook an additional 5 minutes. 8. After about an hour or steak has reached around 125°F internal, remove steak, lightly cover with foil and let rest for 30 minutes. 9. Remove potatoes and scrape insides into a mixing bowl.
