We make each batch of Botivo on Lannock Farm and this Limited Edition was no different. It tooks months of testing and trialling to get the perfect final liquid. With many many different combinations, Sam worked with Ottolenghi’s spice supplier Ren to get the best ingredients to ensure the flavour was the best it could be.
