It’s forgiving on mishits, and frames the ball beautifully. 🔊 The impact noise is a crisp, refreshing ting—which felt like a throwback to some older classics. 👜 Super impressed by the quality of the headcover. It feels high-end, and the return of zippered wood covers is such a welcomed touch. 🎨 That black and green combo isn’t just sharp—it actually hits a bit of nostalgia for me. If I were picking a theme across Bombtech gear, this would be my choice over the other colours. Loved the brand name alignment mark. It’s a smart way to incorporate branding into the function of the club, and it works great when lining up shots. I was consistently averaging 210–220 yards with this club, and I really like the performance off the deck and tee. That said, the stock shaft promotes a slightly higher flight and more spin than I’d ideally want for my game. But, that will suit a lot of people down to the ground. I’m currently considering a firmer, lower-spinning shaft to help chase that 230-yard gap I’m aiming to fill. The clubhead itself? No notes—it’s solid. Honestly, I think there’s a real opportunity for Bombtech to expand into the component market. Offering these clubheads on their own would be a big win for lower-handicap players looking to pair them with custom aftermarket shafts and setups.
