For my fitness girls that are just starting out that have other girls as their “fitspo” . I want you to first not compare .. but I also want you to understand that a lot of these women have put in time . Not just a month or two , I’m talking years . Pushed past their limits . Started out uncomfortable, probably didn’t know what to do . But we all start somewhere , you can’t expect to look like someone that is out working you right ? And I say that in the nicest way however , don’t get upset when you don’t water yourself . Put that work in FR & stick to the basics , don’t be lazy , eat the right foods , rest your body , sleep , get your form down packed. There are no shortcuts when it comes to fitness & you can’t out train your bad habits .
