Wash rice and soak for 30 mins. Grind to a coarse paste. 2. Boil milk and add butterfly pea flowers. Let them steep until milk turns blue. Strain out the flowers. 3. Add rice paste to the milk, stir continuously to avoid lumps. 4. Cook on low flame till it thickens and rice is cooked. 5. Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well. 6. Pour into bowls/glasses, chill for 1–2 hours. 7.
