Behind every bar we craft and every flavor we perfect is my dad, Gordon –quality assurance—taste-tester extraordinaire, and the steady hand that helps make Bixby magic happen every day. From day one, Dad believed in this wild dream of creating exceptional chocolate. He’s been there for the early morning production runs, the late-night recipe testing, and every milestone celebration in between. His encouragement, wisdom, and willingness to roll up his sleeves (literally – chocolate making is messy work!) has been the foundation that let Bixby grow into what it is today. To all the dads who support their children’s dreams, who taste-test endless chocolate samples without complaint, and who believe in the power of chasing what you love – this one’s for you.
