It’s International Women’s Day + Women’s History Month, and we are so fortunate to be surrounded by such resilient, creative, ambitious, inspiring women on our team. TJ Reid, Billy’s mom, personified just that as the catalyst of the Billy Reid brand. As a child, Billy witnessed his mom hosting boutique-style events at his grandmother’s home, featuring fashion from around the world. It was this warmth and welcome that provided the template for how we gather today; sharing our love of style, art, music, food and all the wonderful things that bring people together. Her legacy lives on here at Billy Reid, through Billy, her grandchildren, and each person we welcome through our doors with the warmth and hospitality she consistently instilled. In honor of her spirit, we celebrate the women we’ve had the pleasure of partnering, collaborating, and building community with over the last year. To the changemakers, artists, musicians, chefs, bakers, makers and beyond — we are celebrating you today and everyday.
