Have your tried the pumpkin ginochi from @traderjoes ? 👀🎃 Save to try out!⁠ ⁠ Here is @ma.satterfield recipe:⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 1 pack Trader Joe’s pumpkin gnocchi⁠ 3 links of Trader joes Sweet Apple chicken sausage, sliced⁠ 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped⁠ 2 garlic cloves, minced⁠ 1/2 cup heavy cream⁠ 2 tbsp parmesan, freshly grated⁠ 1 tbsp olive oil⁠ 2-3 tbsp butter⁠ Salt, to taste⁠ Pepper, to taste⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ 1. Prepare the gnocchi by boiling according to package instructions. once cooked, drain and set aside.⁠ 2. Prepare the sausage. In a large pan over medium heat, drizzle olive and add sliced sausage. Sear on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.⁠ 3. In the same pan over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Once fragrant, add the diced sage and sauté for another 30 seconds or so.⁠ 4. Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and stir to combine and coat in the sage garlic butter.⁠ 5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.⁠ 6. Add grated parmesan and stir to combine. Turn the heat to low and bring to a simmer.⁠ 7. Once the sauce has began to thicken, add the sausage back to the pan and mix everything together.⁠ 8. Serve warm and enjoy!
