Cradle Bench Triceps Extensions. Been enjoying this variation the last 6 months or so since building my own cradle bench, and the results are outstanding 👌 Vince was right in prescribing this exercise to specifically hit the long head of the Triceps 💪 I've seen new growth this year, and I'm turning 47 years old! Other Triceps variations that have the elbow pointing the ceiling severely aggregate my tendinitis, whereas this variation feels smooth like butter 🧈 Try it out, you'll see what I mean.
