I THINK SO🤩 (if you didn’t read this like Joey from Friends then I’m pretty disappointed) -Berries & tart cherry juice to help aid in the recovery process, plus great sources of carbs & antioxidants. -My favorite high quality creatine monohydrate and whey protein (@ascent_protein of course) -Fats from seeds to make this a more balanced meal, but still protein and carb forward! -FIBER.
