These bonbons are the fix. 🍫💚⁠ ⁠ Recipe ⬇️⁠ ⁠ -2 cups milk or dark chocolate, melted⁠ ⁠ -2 tsp coconut oil⁠ ⁠ -2 cups kataifi pastry, toasted⁠ ⁠ - ½ cup pistachio paste or cream⁠ ⁠ -2 tsp tahini⁠ ⁠ -1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted⁠ ⁠ -Pinch of salt⁠ ⁠ Start by melting the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave until smooth and glossy. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each cavity of the 2 Tbsp Anytime Freezer Tray, making sure to coat the sides fully. Give the tray a gentle shake to even things out, then pop it in the freezer for 2–3 minutes until the chocolate sets. ⁠ ⁠ While that chills, place the kataifi in a shallow Anyday dish and microwave it for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30–40 seconds, until it’s evenly golden and crisp. In a separate bowl, mix the toasted kataifi with pistachio cream, tahini, melted butter, and a pinch of salt—this ties all the flavors together. ⁠ ⁠ Spoon the filling into the chilled chocolate shells, then top each one with more melted chocolate.
