Pleats people! I forgot about pleats until I started playing with the sample yardage from my Check Mates collection. 🥰 (Anyone else hold up a piece at a time in the mirror as you draft a garment instead of using a dress form sometimes?) Such a fun adventure with these fabrics in particular because you can select a color to pleat together and create a stripe effect. I have one dress finished and another mixey uppy top on the go now. No pattern at the moment, but I am taking notes for possible future development. These fabrics are a soft drapey dream, a closer look at all 18 pieces @annamariatextiles right now.
