As many of you know, sudden changes to U.S. import policy have deeply impacted our small business. After much thought, we’ve made the very difficult decision to close our Canadian warehouse and start over at a U.S. fulfillment center. U.S. shipping options have been temporarily removed while we transition. Canadian and international customers can still shop our Warehouse Sale online and take advantage of these massive discounts. As soon as we can, we’ll begin a slow rollout of our best-selling products from the new fulfillment center. This will give our U.S. customers faster shipping and fulfillment times. Please note that this fall will be very limited — just a handful of styles in small quantities. Make sure you’re signed up for newsletters and texts so you’re the first to know if something comes back! For Canadian customers, orders placed on our website after we move warehouses will now ship from the U.S., which means duties/customs will apply (we’ll announce the transition when it happens). But we don’t want our Canadian community to be left behind. To serve you, we’ll be offering special pre-orders on select styles throughout the year. These will ship directly to us in Canada from Nicaragua, and then be mailed from our Ontario address — no duties required! While we will no longer be shipping from Canada, our team remains proudly Canadian. Most importantly, thank you. The outpouring of support after our initial post — every kind word, comment, and share — nearly sold us out within hours. It’s only because of you that we were able to move our inventory so quickly and now have the ability to start over. This was such a hard decision, but thanks to you, we still have a future.
