The itching from allergies usually only lasts a few minutes for minutes at a time so the key is to wait it out. A chilled Gua Sha tool or spoon will distract you from the itch until it’s over. The math is, it’s better to briefly expose yourself to a cool (never frozen) tool than scratch your eyes out and irritate the delicate skin of your eye. Oncethe itch is over, stop using the chilled tool to prevent over exposing your energy channels to coldness. Too much cold in your energy channels weakens your overall energy and we don’t want that.
