Can’t believe this was my first time in Korea! Shame on me tbh 😂 and hooly moooly was it an eye-opening one. From the beauty treatments, insanely cute shops, cafes & delectable food and of course the Seoul-connections Thomas and I made along the way, it was the deepest of dives into what this vibrant city can offer. We’ll be back Seoul, you kept a piece of me there, but for now we’re moving onto Japan keke. picture 1: my mini lil haul. I didn’t get too much because this trip was action packed full of beauty experiences which you can find on Youtube 🤭 picture 2: they do some of the most aesthetic pop-up stores on Seongsu-dong. You need at least 1-2 days to go through the whole area I’d say, since there’s cute rustic cafes and photobooths everywhere too! picture 3: if you go to korea you MUST try at least a *legit* color anaysis and get your nails done. I went to a local spot in Gangnam (which isn’t even on google maps so I don’t even know how to tell you), but also please experience a scalp and hair treatment at @leemoonwonclinic_en. It’s a holistic and organic clinic with 10+ years of hair loss treatment experience, and they are SO educational and thorough. picture 4: not pictured is me getting a FULL BODY Korean body scrub. Thaaaaat was an experience and something I shall share more of another day. I could've died of my own humiliation 😂 did I feel slightly violated, yes. But was my skin a soft silky dolphin afterwards, also yes. Then visiting the palace and playing dress ups is also a must! Living out my k-drama life with hubby. picture 5: the sole reason we came was to share more about the behind-the-scenes of k-beauty and content creation on a panel with @cassandrabankson and the @nurilounge.kr team. Public speaking is defs not my forte but 2025 is all about pushing our boundaries and getting comfortable with the uncomfortable! picture 6: I met new friends, and left with an extended family 🥹
