💪🏾 SECOND WORKOUT OF THE WEEK 🔥 This eight-week program is taking me all the way to Christmas — and baby, when I say I’m not playing any games this holiday season… I mean none. 🎄 I’m giving myself a brand new, better me for Christmas. I’m showing up, locking in, and staying consistent because nothing is derailing me this time. Not food. Not travel. Not excuses. Day 2 is in the books ✅ Barbell deadlifts (something light, something rude 😏), single leg RDLs (don’t judge my right leg, she’s doing her best 😂), elevated sumo squats (spicyyyy 🌶️), and hip thrusts that had me rethinking life.
