fam, these white chocolate matcha pumpkin truffles (! 😅) are SOOOOO good. you gotta make em. recipe below: - 1/3 cup pumpkin puree - 1/2 cup nut butter (we used sunflower seed butter) - 1/3 cup coconut flour - 3 tablespoons maple syrup - 1 teaspoon cinnamon - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice - 1 cup white chocolate, chopped - 1-2 teaspoons @hustle Ceremonial Grade Matcha - 2 teaspoons coconut oil in a bowl, mix pumpkin puree and nut butter until combined. add the coconut flour, maple syrup, and spices and mix. using a spoon or cookie scooper, make balls of the dough and set aside. make your matcha white chocolate: melt white chocolate with coconut oil on stovetop or in the microwave. stir in matcha powder. dunk each truffle in the melted chocolate and put in the freezer 20-30 minutes to set. now you can dive in! these won’t last long 😋😋
