The biggest shift in my training this year, hasn’t been in the gym. It’s been prioritising sleep. Tracking it. Understanding it. Seeing how it changes my energy, my patience, and my performance. Six months ago, I made a decision to invest in my sleep fitness and have partnered with @eightsleep to track and monitor my recovery performance.  For years I have been researching the best products to help prioritise sleep. I naturally run hot and most nights that means waking multiple times thoughout the night. I wasn’t sleeping deep and my body wasn’t recovering as much as it could be. @eightsleep automatically adjusts the temperature of my mattress, cooling it down or warming it up to increase my REM and deep sleep throughout the night.  Helping me perform and show up consistently in life and business.
