The Men’s SS26 shows have come to an end and we’re working on our full runway report right now. But in the meantime, here’s some of our top moments and notable shows for design and concept inspiration from Milan, Florence and Paris. This season put a clear emphasis on softened menswear with curvy, voluminous shapes, whilst retro prep and 70s influences held strong, there was a notable pivot toward 80s codes: power shoulders, pleated trousers, and tapered silhouettes reimagined for today. Contemporary workwear sets remain undefeated, and creative finishes and bold prints were everywhere. Slim fits continue to make a prominent return as did the longline baggy short. Multi-waistband and layered looks persist, and bespoke embellishments continued to trend hard. Some of our favourite shows included @miharayasuhiro_official, @__doublet__ and their collab with @skyhighfarmuniverse @namesak3 Johnathan Anderson’s @dior, @424inc, @bluemarbleparis, @3paradis, @kidsuper, @sacaiofficial, @sankuanz_official, @willychavarrianewyork and @walesbonner.
