@guessjeans opened its first mainland Asia flagship store in Tokyo’s Jingūmae district this past July 4th, featuring several collaborations and initiatives including a pop-up shop curated by Japanese artist Verdy, called “Guess Jeans Gift Shop with Friends”. The gift shop included limited-edition merchandise from fourteen local brands such as TTTMSW, The Flwrs, Blackmeans, and Masu. In addition to the store, Guess Jeans is presenting a traveling exhibition in Tokyo titled “Guess Jeans: The Next 40 Years of Denim” highlighting the brand’s history but also featuring a mini laundry and a customization zone with Japanese creators Ryota Daimon and A Love Movement. “Japan has always been a global leader in design, innovation, and cultural influence—values that are deeply rooted in our brand DNA. This space represents more than retail; it’s a platform to engage directly with a new generation of creative voices in the region. We’re excited to plant deeper roots in Tokyo as part of our long-term vision for growth across Asia.” said Nicolai Marciano, chief new business development officer.
